Notes From An Evening of Dessert

A wise person once said: “There’s always room for dessert.” That couldn’t have been more spot-on at our recent 3-course dessert tasting. Pastry Chef Gabriel Mitchell of Maison Mitchell took sweet-toothed Spoondaters on a sugary voyage to a delicious land of sweet sensations. The wine-paired menu offered a beautiful progression of creative desserts that culminated in a decadent chocolate confection.
